Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
To ensure you keep your spot on our schedule, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required. Before booking a package with an exterior detail, please make sure we can have access to a water source.
Cancellation policies
If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours beforehand. Any cancellations will be a result to you losing your deposit completely, unless discussed otherwise. If you’re rescheduling, your deposit will be put towards your new appointment.
Payment policies
Deposits will be placed when you book. If you are more than 40 miles from 77083, it’s an additional $10. Remaining balance will be paid once we complete your service. Payment methods that are accepted are Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, and Apple Pay.
